Ariana Madix wants out of the house she shares — and lives in — with her ex Tom Sandoval.

The “Vanderpump Rules” star has sued her castmate and ex-boyfriend to force the sale of their shared Los Angeles home, according to documents obtained by TMZ Friday.

She filed the complaint in the Los Angeles Superior Court and requested a “partition by sale,” which means the court would order the sale of the property.

She specified that she wants to sell the house and split the proceeds — she does not want a “division in kind,” in which they each split ownership of the house.

If that were to happen, Madix could still sell her share — but the situation is not ideal because she would have to find someone interested in co-owning the house with Sandoval.

He could also sell his share to a third party.

Madix, 38, and Sandoval, 40, bought the Valley Village home in 2019 for $2 million.

Page Six has reached out to their respective reps to confirm the lawsuit.

Madix detailed her desire to move out of the home and even foreshadowed the lawsuit during a December appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”

“I’m working on the situation with the ownership of house,” she told Cohen, 55.

“I would love for that to be resolved quickly, so if Joel Weiner could really get back to my lawyer, that’d be great,” she added, seemingly calling out a real estate lawyer by that name.

The “Dancing with the Stars” Season 32 contestant also confirmed that she wants to sell it, while Sandoval does not.

The lawsuit comes nearly a year after Madix and the rest of the world discovered that the “Everybody Loves Tom” podcast host had been enjoying a months-long affair with their castmate Raquel Leviss.

The pair immediately broke up, and the drama, dubbed “Scandoval” by fans, played out at the end of “VPR” Season 10.

Leviss, 29, and Sandoval broke up by May of last year.

The latter recently admitted he “fought so hard” for Leviss before their split and even said he was “fully in love with her.”

Meanwhile, Madix has moved on with fitness coach Daniel Wai.
