KINGSTON, Jamaica, CMC – Jamaica’s exciting sprint duo of Gary Card and Sabrina Dockery lead a strong 76-member squad to participate in next month’s 52nd CARIFTA Games in Trinidad and Tobago.
Card and Dockery, the fastest schoolboy and schoolgirl on the island, will be favored to win gold in their respective events at the track meet, which runs from April 19 to 21.

Under-20 Boys
The 17-year-old Card has a personal best of 10.07 seconds in the 100 meters and will be the favorite to capture that event in the Under-20 boys’ division.
Joining him in the Under-20 boys’ 100m will be Shaquane Gordon, who will also compete in the sprint hurdles alongside Daniel Clarke, who clocked a superb 13.06 to win at the CARIFTA Trials.
