Lenny Hochstein accuses ex Lisa of cheating with leaked DMs after filing defamation suit

Lenny Hochstein is accusing his estranged wife, Lisa Hochstein, of “having an affair” after he sued her for defamation for accusing him of domestic violence.

“She calls Katharina [Mazepa] ‘homewrecker’ but the truth is that the only one who got caught cheating, having an affair and wrecked the home is Lisa,” the plastic surgeon alleged via his Instagram Stories Saturday.

“I was especially disheartened by the fact that she bragged about her ongoing affair at the time on multiple instances, such as days before our daughter was born and on our 10 year wedding anniversary.”

Lenny then shared screenshots of alleged DMs from Lisa to an unknown “friend” in 2019, in which she seemingly admitted to “cheating” with a “mystery man.”

“I can’t wait to find my new man,” the “Real Housewives of Miami” star’s alleged message read. “My new boyfriend.”

She then allegedly added, “I’m [going] to have my first affair. I can’t wait.”

Lenny, 57, also claimed via his Instagram Stories that Lisa, 41, was not blindsided by the end of their marriage and his fiancée, Mazepa, is not to blame for his decision to leave Lisa.

“Lisa was well aware and knew we were getting a divorce and already had a divorce attorney on retainer when I shared with her that I plan on asking my now-fiancée out on a date for the first time,” he claimed.

“Despite Lisa’s ongoing smear campaign and trying to paint me in the light of a cheater and my fiancée as a ‘mistress,’ these claims are completely false.”

Lenny wrote that he is hopeful that “the truth will prevail” in his defamation suit against his estranged wife so “the real victims of domestic violence will continue to get the protection they need as well as a safe space to speak out about this very relevant topic.”

Page Six has reached out to Lisa’s rep for comment on Lenny’s claims, but did not immediately hear back.

Can’t get enough ‘Real Housewives?’

Last month, the reality star shared an image of a bruise on her arm, alleging that it was caused by her ex.

“Didn’t want to have to share this. But I’m left with no choice. I’m being threatened and harassed through the court system and through ‘others’ by Lenny and it needs to stop,” she wrote over the image.

“This was almost 2 weeks old from last season. You may have caught this bruise on the episode when I opened up to the women on the show about the divorce.”

Lenny publicly denied hitting Lisa and, in his lawsuit, claimed that her injury came from her losing her balance and falling on a stair during an argument they had.

The surgeon also claimed that he consulted with a board-certified medical examiner who insisted that the mark on the mom of two’s arm was a “linear bruise” and not one that “is consistent with any abuse whatsoever.”

Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022 after more than 12 years of marriage. The estranged couple shares two kids: son Logan, 8, and daughter Elle Marie, 4.

In July, the self-proclaimed “Boob God” proposed to Mazepa, 28, even though he and the Bravo star were still legally married.

Meanwhile, Lisa has since moved on with businessman Jody Glidden.
