As one of three vice presidents chosen, Bruno-Victor assumes the most prestigious role, becoming the highest-ranking vice president within the continental sports body.

Meanwhile, Neven Ilic of Chile successfully defended his position in the presidential race, defeating Keith Joseph of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Joseph, also the Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committees (CANOC) president, could not unseat the incumbent, with Ilic securing a decisive 37-16 victory.
