Sia makes first public appearance after liposuction at Kardashians Christmas party
Sia glowed at the Kardashian Christmas party three weeks after undergoing liposuction.
The “Chandelier” hitmaker smiled alongside Khloé Kardashian in a photo posted to the reality star’s Instagram Sunday.
Sia, whose full name is Sia Furler, grinned ear-to-ear wearing a draped, frilly white dress that completely masked her curves.
The singer wore a matching headpiece with white frills trailing down, covering her head and hair completely.
Sia, 48, finished off her snowy look with a red lipstick and rosy cheeks.
This is the first time the “Unstoppable” singer has been seen since being “truthful” about her plastic surgery on social media earlier this month.
“Had to take a medication that made me put on a lot of weight that I just can’t shift with exercise or thyroid meds so I went in for lipo today,” Sia tweeted on Dec. 9.
She went on to explain that she chose to be forthright about the procedure so as to not “contribute to the system that tells us we aren’t enough.”
“Please know that I am so lucky to have the resources to change the way I look and that when you see me looking crazy foxy again (🤪) that I want you to know it did not come from diet and exercise,” she explained.
“I am insecure like most people and being in the public eye gives me anxiety, so I’ve made the choice to alter my appearance for my own confidence issues. Pray for me please!”
Sia — who is known to hide her face during her performances — has previously opened up about her cosmetic procedures, even taking her plastic surgeon to the stage with her at the Daytime Beauty Awards in October.
“I’m a pop star that normally hides my face and doesn’t lie about s–t,” she told the audience at the time.
“I got an amazing facelift from Dr. Talei. He is incredible, and he is doing so much good work — and not just for the pop stars of the world.”
