Under the management of Dr. Noel Watson, A-Z Information Jamaica Limited is a dynamic company with a wealth of expertise in the application of state-of-the-art approaches in research and marketing, management, and business process improvement, among other strategic areas.
Survey Objectives
A-Z will be instrumental in providing keen insights over the next seven to ten months that align with the CCJ’s 2019-2024 Strategic Issue 1: Communication. This contract aims to develop and conduct a regional baseline survey to ascertain the Key Performance Areas (KPAs) of individuals and organizations, both judicial and non-judicial.
Survey Focus
This survey will focus on critical issues related to the CCJ’s role and function, including awareness and understanding of the organization.
Survey Results
The results of this survey will contribute to understanding the CCJ’s acceptance within the CARICOM region.
Post-Intervention Survey
The survey will then be used by A-Z to design and conceptualise the necessary specific public education initiatives and activities aimed at strengthening the CCJ’s functions and outreach. Following these interventions, a post-intervention survey will be carried out to assess changes and provide insight into the impact the public education interventions have had, comparing baseline and end-line data against the indicators set during the implementation of the baseline survey.
Conclusion
The CCJ is excited about the perspectives and skills that A-Z will bring to the table and are confident their contribution will be invaluable.
